Job Description

As a Sales Operations and Administration Intern, you will support the sales team in streamlining operations, managing administrative tasks, and ensuring efficient sales processes. This role will provide valuable exposure to sales strategies, tools, and customer relationship management while enabling you to develop analytical, organizational, and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in managing sales data, generating reports, and analyzing sales trends.
Support the creation and maintenance of sales forecasts and pipeline reports.
Update and maintain customer databases (e.g., CRM tools).
Ensure the accuracy and completeness of sales-related data and documentation.
Coordinate with internal departments (e.g., finance, logistics) to ensure smooth order fulfillment.
Manage contracts, agreements, and other sales documentation.
Support in preparing presentations and sales proposals for meetings.
Organize and schedule sales meetings.

Qualifications:

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
