Your contributions Collaborate with the Business Operations team to analyze customer experience insights and implement strategies that drive efficiency, delivering a fit-for-purpose store technology experience. Build and lead a high-performing Store Experience support team to provide 24x7x365 support for our national retail footprint. Align technology initiatives with business vision, leveraging advanced solutions such as Io T to enhance the guest experience in retail stores. Partner with cross-functional IT teams to develop and maintain a structured, efficient, and repeatable store build process for new store openings and conversion projects. Manage national inventory levels and take ownership of Opex and Capex budgets to ensure cost-effective store technology management. Equip team members with the right tools and resources, empowering them to deliver exceptional service and support. What we are looking for Experience leading retail store teams Proven experience in a senior leadership role within retail operations Strong understanding of customer experience management, innovation, and store operations Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills Ability to think strategically and execute with precision Good knowledge on ITIL (Incident, Change) Ready to elevate your career and drive meaningful change?
