Key qualities and qualifications include: Experience: Minimum 5 years in a leadership role within the automotive, tyre, or retail sectors. Knowledge: Strong understanding of tyre products, services, and industry trends is highly desirable. Skills: Exceptional leadership, communication, and organisational skills. Business Acumen: Ability to develop and execute strategic plans while managing budgets effectively. Problem-Solving: Proactive approach to identifying and resolving operational challenges.
