Analyse market trends and identify game-changing opportunities. Build partnerships and implement strategies that deliver real value. Oversee key projects and ensure impactful outcomes for customers and stakeholders. What We’re Looking For : 5–7 years of strategy or management consulting experience in top-tier firms or corporate strategy roles. Proven expertise across a range of strategy services, including corporate and portfolio strategy, customer and segment strategy, capability and operating model strategy, and strategy execution. A proven track record in delivering large-scale projects and navigating complex challenges preferably within the financial services sector. Expertise in strategy development, financial modelling, and customer-focused innovation. A customer-centric mindset with an interest in banking, finance, economics, customer experience, and digital innovation.
