• Participate in training to improve work performance

• Is willing to work on shifting rotation schedules
• Is willing to work on-site at Damansara Uptown
• Has call experience (a plus but not required)
• Fresh graduates are very much encouraged to apply
• Has strong verbal, written & comprehension skills in Traditional Mandarin as Teammates are required to support the Taiwan Market.
• Is computer literate and proficient in using Windows OS, Apple OS X, MS Office & Google applications
• Meets the typing requirement (30WPM for Voice)
