About the role As the CTO, you will be responsible for leading and managing the Information Technology function. This is a strategic, high-impact role that will play a critical part in supporting the company's overall business objectives and driving its digital transformation. You will oversee all IT operations, infrastructure, and projects, ensuring the efficient and secure delivery of technology solutions across the organisation. This is a full-time position based in Melbourne, VIC. Responsibilities: Developing and executing the IT strategy to align with the company's business goals and priorities Leading and managing the IT team (5) Overseeing the implementation, maintenance, and continuous improvement of IT systems, infrastructure, and applications Ensuring the security and integrity of the company's IT environment, including implementing robust cybersecurity measures Identifying and spearheading new technology initiatives that enhance operational efficiency, productivity, and innovation Collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders to understand and address their technology needs Providing strategic IT guidance and support to the senior leadership team Maintaining a strong understanding of industry trends and best practices to inform the company's technology roadmap Skills: Must have experience working within a retail or wholesale environment, especially within fashion Minimum 8 years of experience in a senior IT leadership role, preferably within the Information & Communication Technology industry Proven track record of successfully managing and scaling IT operations and teams Strong technical expertise across a range of IT domains, including infrastructure, systems, security, and enterprise applications Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts into business-friendly terms Strategic mindset and the ability to align IT initiatives with the company's overall business objectives Experience in driving digital transformation and implementing innovative technology solutions Demonstrable leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and empower a high-performing IT team At Quest Personnel, we are passionate about providing equal employment opportunities for all and embracing diversity in the workplace.
