What you’ll bring

• A degree in Occupational Health & Safety or a related field.
• 8+ years of experience in a senior HSE role, ideally within a consultancy or professional services environment.
• Expertise in ISO management systems.
• A collaborative leadership style, with the ability to engage and inspire a team.
• Strong communication skills—both written and verbal.
• A passion for making a difference in workplace safety.
