We Are Hiring: Business Development Associate Location: Africa & Central Asia Industry: Building Parts / Construction About the Role: We are looking for a dynamic Business Development Associate to drive business expansion in Africa and Central Asia . If you have experience in the building parts industry and a strong ability to identify opportunities, build relationships, and boost revenue, this role is for you! What You Will Do: ✅ Market Expansion: Identify and develop business opportunities in the construction sector across Africa & Central Asia. ✅ Client & Partner Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors, suppliers, and distributors. ✅ Market Research: Analyze industry trends, competition, and customer needs to drive business strategies. ✅ Sales & Marketing: Develop and implement strategies to increase brand awareness and market reach. ✅ Proposals & Reporting: Prepare business proposals, contracts, and sales reports. ✅ Collaboration: Work with internal teams to ensure effective execution of business strategies. ✅ Industry Engagement: Attend trade shows, networking meetings, and industry events to generate leads. ✅ Deal Negotiation: Secure contracts and close deals aligning with company goals. What You Bring to the Table: ✅ Experience: 3-5+ years in business development or sales in the building parts industry . ✅ Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Civil Engineering , or a related field. ✅ Skills:

• Strong understanding of Africa & Central Asia market dynamics.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets .
• Ability to travel as required for business development.
• Fluency in English (additional regional languages are a plus).
