RESPONSIBILITES:
- Respond to client requests for new project initiatives
- Serve as the central point of contact for and liaison between external client contact and internal client service and production staff
- Manage bi-weekly client status meetings
- Organize and execute quarterly business reviews
- Take a proactive role in learning about clients’ business needs and company culture, educating the internal client team and providing a high level of service
- Investigate client complaints where applicable
- Collaborate with various members of the production team to assess the scope of work and produce cost and timeline estimates for translation projects and requests
- Minimum Bachelor’s Degree from a college or university.
- 7-10 years pharmaceutical industry experience
- Work experience in the localization industry is a bonus
- Desirable work experience in client management and/or business relationship and development, preferably in a multicultural international setup
- Superior written and spoken communication skills in English, other languages would be an asset (Indian dialect would be desirable)
- Excellent interpersonal skills and high level of confidence – this is a 100% client facing and teams coordination role
- Strategic and solutions oriented mindset -- as opposed to a project management transactional approach to the role
- Key to the role: proven ability to multitask keeping a proactive, energetic and positive attitude, ownership and autonomy, accountability, precision and attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- The ideal candidate will demonstrate an ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment, work well with people from a variety of different backgrounds and cultures, build relationships with clients and co-workers, work independently and as part of a team, take active measures to solve problems and commit to a high level of service.
