Customers use our platform to book services such as beauty treatments, haircuts, massage therapy, cleaning, plumbing, carpentry, appliance repair, painting etc. About the Role - Looking for experienced hospitality professionals, who all are capable of conducting housekeeping training sessions and manage quality assurance. Responsibilities:
- Trainers will conducts sessions by using a variety of teaching methods to engage learners, such as interactive activities and role-playing
- Should assess the effectiveness of the training and the progress of the learners
- Should provide ongoing support and mentor new learners
- Should provide guidance to learners as and when required
- Should identify and fix learner's issues and ensures that services meet quality standards and customer expectations
