- Creating and maintaining detailed setup tutorials and SOPs.
- Auditing and optimizing platforms for peak performance.
- Providing support to Onboarding Specialists with platform-related queries.
- Reporting on progress and analytics to keep the team informed.
- Experience: 3+ years in Customer Service, with an IT or Computer Science background preferred.
- Skills: Proficient in Excel or Google Sheets, strong research and analytical skills, and excellent communication.
- Knowledge: Familiarity with eCommerce tools like Gorgias, Shopify, Zendesk, etc. is a plus.
- Attributes: Detail-oriented, self-starter with high energy and motivational skills.
