Job Description: Frontend React Developer   Location: Remote Employment Type: Full-Time   Role Overview   As a Frontend React Developer , you will design and implement responsive, scalable, and high-performance web applications. Working closely with our backend team, you will consume RESTful APIs to integrate data and AI-driven functionality into the frontend. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams, including designers and product managers, to deliver exceptional user experiences.   Key Responsibilities   Frontend Development • Build and maintain modular, reusable React components for high-performance web applications. • Implement responsive designs from Figma or other design tools to deliver pixel-perfect UI. • Integrate RESTful APIs developed in Python into the frontend to create data-driven user experiences. • Optimize applications for performance, ensuring smooth interactions and fast load times.   Collaboration • Collaborate with the backend team to understand API structures and define integration workflows. • Partner with UX/UI designers to implement user-centric designs. • Work with product managers to translate business requirements into technical solutions.   Code Quality & Testing • Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code adhering to modern development practices. • Conduct code reviews to ensure high-quality and consistent codebases. • Implement testing strategies, including unit testing, integration testing, and end-to-end testing, using tools like Jest and Cypress.   Innovation & Problem Solving • Stay updated with modern frontend tools and frameworks, incorporating them into the development workflow as needed. • Identify and address performance bottlenecks to improve the overall user experience.   Required Skills   Core Technical Expertise • React Proficiency: Strong experience in building dynamic, responsive web applications with React. • API Integration: Proven ability to consume and integrate RESTful APIs with frontend applications. • HTML & CSS: Expertise in HTML5, CSS3, and modern styling frameworks like Tailwind CSS or Styled Components. • State Management: Experience with state management libraries such as Redux, React Context, or Zustand. • JavaScript & ES6+: Proficiency in modern JavaScript (ES6+) concepts and features.   Performance Optimization • Deep understanding of frontend performance optimization techniques, including lazy loading, code splitting, and caching strategies.   Testing & Debugging • Hands-on experience with frontend testing frameworks like Jest, React Testing Library, or Cypress. • Strong debugging skills across browsers and devices.   Nice-to-Have Skills • Experience with TypeScript for type-safe development. • Familiarity with design tools like Figma or Sketch for interpreting design specs. • Knowledge of GraphQL for advanced data fetching (though not required if backend is RESTful). • Exposure to Generative AI-driven applications or interest in incorporating AI into user workflows. • Contributions to open-source projects or active participation in the frontend development community.   Soft Skills • Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking skills. • Strong communication and collaboration abilities, with experience working across teams. • Self-motivated and adaptable in a fast-paced startup environment. • Passion for creating engaging and intuitive user experiences.   Why Join Aracor.ai? • Work on exciting AI-driven projects that are shaping the future. • Collaborate with a passionate team of engineers and innovators. • Competitive compensation, benefits, and opportunities for growth. • Build impactful products that simplify complex technologies for users.
