Your Role as a Recruitment Consultant As a Recruitment Consultant, you’ll play a pivotal role in connecting talent with opportunity. Your responsibilities include:- Building Relationships: Cultivate and develop partnerships with clients.
- Talent Sourcing: Identify, attract, and engage candidates that align with client needs.
- Candidate Engagement: Conduct interviews to evaluate candidates’ skills, experience, and fit.
