- Develop and manage dashboards, reports, and analytics to provide actionable insights.
- Analyze market trends (disbursal and inquiry ) and sales data to identify growth opportunities.
- Support strategic decision-making with data-driven recommendations.
- Oversee and enhance sales processes, tools, and systems to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
- Collaborate with sales teams to set and monitor performance metrics.
- Drive sales forecasting, pipeline management efforts.
- Partner with cross-functional teams (marketing, finance, product) to align strategies and objectives.
- Act as the central point of contact for certain project-related activities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and senior leadership to ensure alignment and transparency.
- Drive effective communication to manage expectations and deliver value.
- Lead the execution of strategic projects as directed by senior management, ensuring timely and quality delivery.
- Define project scope, objectives, and success metrics in alignment with organizational priorities.
- Monitor project performance, budgets, and schedules, ensuring proactive management of risks and issues.
