Job Title: VP of Talent Location: Remote Company Overview: Creatopy is an AI-driven creative automation platform that helps businesses and agencies to easily create, personalize, scale, and serve effective ads. It streamlines the ad production and delivery process, helping designers and marketers to maximize efficiency and achieve impactful results in their advertising campaigns. The company raised a $10M Series A in October, 2023 and is aiming to further accelerate growth. Job Description: We are looking for a VP of Talent who will be responsible for leading our talent acquisition, development, and retention strategies. You will be instrumental in building a high-performing team and fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement. Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement strategies for scaling the team in line with our growth objectives, and oversee the recruitment process to attract top talent.
  2. Build and improve performance review systems to ensure they are fair, transparent, and aligned with our company's goals and values.
  3. Create programs for employee development and career progression to nurture our team's talents and skills.
  4. Ensure all HR policies are up to date and compliant with current laws and regulations.
  5. Provide strong leadership and direction to the HR team, fostering teamwork, collaboration, and continuous learning.
  6. Oversee the development and implementation of competitive compensation and benefits packages.
Preferred Skills:
  1. Extensive HR leadership experience, with at least 5 years in SaaS (ideally experience with VC-backed companies at Series A and B).
  2. Proven track record of successfully scaling teams in a fast-paced company.
  3. Strong knowledge of HR practices, including talent management, performance management, and employment laws.
  4. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  5. Strategic thinker with strong problem-solving abilities.
  6. Ability to handle sensitive matters with empathy.
