About the role POLIKLINIK MY DR' is seeking a talented Resident Doctor to join our growing practice in Kluang, Johor. As a Resident Doctor, you will play a crucial role in providing comprehensive primary care to our patients, contributing to the overall health and wellbeing of the local community. This is a full-time position, offering a competitive salary and excellent benefits. Job Requirement:
- Experience in ultrasound: antenatal, gynae, general
- Knowledge in contraception
- Exposure to child health
- Management of medical and emergency cases in primary healthcare setting
- Minor procedures: I&D, T&S
- Consult and treat common illness seen at GP practice
- Conduct health screening / medical examination, insurance examination
- Able to manage chronic diseases
- Able to handle emergency cases
- Surgical skill is a plus point
- O&G and scan experience is a plus point
- Supporting the overall operations of the clinic, including patient education and administrative tasks
- Malaysian doctors only
- Passionate and genuine : willing to go the extra mile to care and educate patients
- Keen to follow up with patients
- Conducive working environment
- Interested to learn leadership and clinic management skills
- Assist to contribute towards overall sales with marketing and promotions
- Willing to be loyal and grow with us
- Able to work independently and/or as a team
- Excellent clinical judgement and problem-solving skills

- Procedure Allowance depends on procedure

- Yearly increment up to RM500
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in Medicine (MBBS/ MD) or equivalent.
- Possess a valid medical degree from a recognized institution by Malaysian Medical Council (MMC)
- Valid Annual Practicing Certificate (APC) and Professional Indemnity Insurance.
