Senior Netsuite Techno Functional Consultant

• Minimum 10 years of overall IT experience
• At least 5 years of hands-on experience in Netsuite implementation and customization

Role Overview: We are seeking a Senior Netsuite Techno Functional Consultant to join our team remotely. This role involves hands-on implementation and customization of Netsuite solutions, as well as coordinating projects between US and India teams. The ideal candidate will provide design and development guidance to the team in India, ensuring alignment with project objectives and timelines. Key Responsibilities:

• Lead Netsuite implementation projects from start to finish, ensuring alignment with business requirements and best practices.
• Collaborate closely with US-based stakeholders to understand project scope, requirements, and timelines.
• Provide technical expertise and guidance to the development team in India, overseeing design, development, testing, and deployment phases.
• Conduct thorough analysis of business processes and recommend Netsuite solutions to streamline operations and enhance efficiency.
• Configure and customize Netsuite modules to meet specific business needs, including but not limited to Financial Management, CRM, and ERP functionalities.
• Drive project coordination activities, including status updates, issue resolution, and stakeholder communication between US and India teams.
• Ensure compliance with Netsuite standards, security protocols, and data integrity requirements.
• Support post-implementation activities, including user training, documentation, and ongoing system enhancements.
• Stay updated with Netsuite product updates, new features, and industry best practices.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience with Netsuite implementation and customization.
• Strong understanding of Netsuite architecture, modules, and integration capabilities.
• Proven track record of successfully leading Netsuite implementation projects, preferably in a global or cross-functional environment.
• Excellent project management and coordination skills, with the ability to manage priorities and deadlines effectively.
• Experience working in a remote, cross-cultural team environment.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders across different time zones.
• Netsuite certifications (e.g., SuiteFoundation, Administrator, ERP Consultant) preferred.
• Ability to work independently and proactively, with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
