Job Title: Human Resources Intern Location: Pune Education: Any Graduate/Post Graduate Stipend: ₹10,000 per month Internship Duration: 3 Months Language: Marathi, English, Hindi Job Description: Role Overview: As an HR Intern at Rupeek, you will support our recruitment team in driving campus hiring, sales recruitment, and volume hiring initiatives. This internship will give you the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the end-to-end recruitment process, focusing on field sales, bulk hiring, and talent acquisition strategies for campus and job fair recruitment. Key Responsibilities:

  1. Campus Hiring: Assist in planning and executing campus recruitment drives at universities and colleges. Coordinate with faculty, student bodies, and placement cells to identify and attract top talent.
  2. Sales & Field Recruitment: Support the recruitment of field sales staff and other field operations roles by sourcing, screening, and engaging potential candidates through various channels.
  3. Volume Hiring & Bulk Hiring: Help manage high-volume recruitment campaigns for multiple field sales positions, ensuring timely and quality hires in a fast-paced environment.
  4. Job Fairs Coordination: Assist in organizing and participating in job fairs, connecting with prospective candidates and promoting the company’s field sales opportunities.
  5. Candidate Screening & Interview Coordination: Assist with screening resumes, conducting initial interviews, and coordinating interview schedules for both campus and field recruitment processes.
  6. Sourcing & Networking: Engage with universities, colleges, and job fair participants to build a pipeline of potential candidates for field and sales roles.
Qualifications:
  1. Currently pursuing a degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
  2. Strong interest in recruitment and HR functions, with a focus on sales and field operations.
  3. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  4. Ability to handle multiple tasks and manage deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  5. Strong attention to detail and a proactive attitude.
  6. Experience in recruitment or event coordination (internships or projects) is a plus.
  7. Familiarity with MS Office and other recruitment tools is an advantage.
