Responsibilities:
- Carry out operation and maintenance for Co-Generation system and Boiler system.
- Carry out operation and maintenance for DI Water system, Softener Water system, and Cooling Tower.
- Be ready for on-call duty after working hours.
- Understand and be willing to work in shifts.
- Ensure the hot water parameters meet production demands.
- Ensure power and hot water quality.
- Ensure the Substations and Co-Generation system availability and output quality.
- Ensure all HSE and 5S practices meet the requirements.
- Handle chemicals with proper procedures.
- Understand the classification of Schedule Waste and Disposal methods.
- Provide feedback to superiors regarding any issues/items.
- Ensure work/job efficiency and quality.
- Understand the reporting hierarchy and issues to be reported.
- Understand company rules and regulations.
- Perform any other tasks assigned by the superior.
- Maintain housekeeping in the entire Cogen & Boiler Room and Control Room area.
Requirements:
- Minimum Certificate or Diploma in Electrical / Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
- Experience in General Electric (GE) Co-Generation system (most preferable).
- Experience in other brand Co-Generation system (preferable).
- Experience in HV Generator system.
- Experience with Hot Water Boiler system.
- No working experience required.
