Admissions Counselor

ADMISSIONS COUNSELOR Responsibilities: Marketing/ Outreach/ Student Recruitment.

• Set admission targets with the team members and achieve the set targets.
• Visits / Presentations in Schools / Colleges within Mumbai and other cities and follow-up after the student visits/calls
• Meetings with counsellors/coordinators of schools regarding student leads
• Follow up with leads via Data obtained from marketing visits.
• Check eligibility and facilitate processing of student forms and applications.
• Provide students and parents with full information about the college admissions process.
• Specific information regarding entrance requirements, applications, scholarships, costs, tuition & Deadlines.
• Student assistance from counselling to admission fees.
• Creating and maintaining student records/files
• Coordinate with the University of London regarding specific admission queries
• Organize students' entrance exams and interviews.
• Sourcing predictive scores for the student, if applicable.
• Assist, Organize and implement Educational trips. (National & International.)
• Participate with team to plan and organize marketing seminars/awards ceremonies/orientation/graduation ceremony/college Festival/ counsellors meet/tournaments/college events.
• Engaged with STUCO/ Alumni Records/Advertisements.
• Prepare marketing reports/ weekly reports & comparative reports.
• Organize and maintain college brochures, collaterals and other appropriate resource materials.
• Manage social media accounts

• Excellent written and in-person communication skills
• Demonstrated experience in providing high-quality face-to-face services to parents/students
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Reliable, dependable professional who can maintain confidentiality
• Proven ability to work independently
• Positive attitude and team player
• Experience in event coordination is a plus
• Knowledge of multiple graphic design platforms is desirable
