Position Overview The Marketing Coordinator will support Indus Travels' marketing initiatives, focusing on coordinating digital campaigns, creating promotional materials, and enhancing SEO strategies to drive organic growth. This role bridges creative marketing with analytical expertise, ensuring seamless execution of projects and campaigns. Key Responsibilities Digital Marketing Coordination: Assist in executing marketing campaigns across email, social media, and display platforms. Coordinate with external design teams and internal product teams to produce marketing materials (flyers, ads, etc.). Set up and monitor promotional campaigns on platforms like Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and other third-party tools. Content & SEO Management: Optimize website content for search engines, focusing on keywords, meta descriptions, and on-page SEO best practices. Conduct keyword research to enhance organic visibility and analyze trends in travel-related searches. Update and maintain website content, ensuring accuracy and engaging presentation. Collaboration & Reporting: Collaborate with the Product Team& Channel Partners to ensure accurate promotion of travel packages and tours. Research and analyze competitors to provide actionable insights for marketing strategies. Prepare performance reports for digital campaigns, highlighting SEO improvements, and ROI metrics. Administrative & Miscellaneous: Support the Product Team Assist in developing content for Blogs and various creatives Coordinate the weekly internal newsletter to update teams on new products and promotions. Requirements Education and Experience: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Tourism, Communications, or related fields. 2+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a strong emphasis on SEO. Previous experience in the travel industry is a significant asset. Technical Skills: Proficiency in SEO tools such as Google Analytics, SEMrush, or Ahrefs. Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams). Familiarity with email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp). Basic knowledge of design software (e.g., Canva, Adobe Photoshop) & know how if AI tools is an asset. Soft Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills. Excellent organizational abilities and attention to detail. Ability to manage multiple tasks while meeting deadlines. Analytical mindset with a proactive problem-solving approach. Additional Skills: Knowledge of world geography and key tourist destinations is a bonus. Experience with content management systems (CMS) and CRM tools.
