About the Role: We are looking for an AI Agent Expert to join our team and help us leverage Lindy.ai and similar no-code AI platforms for building, optimizing, and managing AI-powered workflows. This role is ideal for someone with experience in AI automation, agent-based systems, and enterprise AI integrations . You will work on designing AI agents for various tasks, from email management and meeting summarization to workflow automation and enterprise integrations . - Streamline our agency's workflow by implementing AI-driven solutions.
- AI Agent Development: Design, build, and optimize no-code AI agents using platforms like Lindy.ai to automate workflows across various domains.
- Enterprise AI Solutions: Develop AI-driven lead generation, scheduling, and email automation tools for businesses.
- Multi-Agent Collaboration: Implement and manage multi-agent systems to improve performance in task management, customer support, and business operations .
- AI Memory Management & Context Handling: Optimize memory-based AI interactions for enhanced recall, continuity, and personalization in AI-driven workflows.
- Task & Workflow Automation: Create no-code integrations similar to Zapier for custom AI-driven workflows in Slack, email, and project management tools .
- AI Evaluation & Performance Monitoring: Build and refine unit tests for AI performance assessment, reducing hallucination risks and enhancing reliability.
- Security & Access Control: Implement secure AI agent interactions , ensuring proper authorization and role-based permissions for enterprise applications.
- Bug & Complexity Management: Enhance AI debugging processes by automating bug report processing and guideline updates in PR reviews.
- User Experience & Prompt Engineering: Develop dynamic AI prompts that ensure a seamless and intuitive user experience, while optimizing response accuracy.
- Experience in AI-driven automation using Lindy.ai, OpenAI GPT-based agents, or similar no-code AI tools .
- Strong understanding of AI agent design , multi-agent collaboration , and workflow automation .
- Hands-on experience in email automation, task management AI, and AI-based scheduling .
- Prompt engineering expertise for improving contextual workflows and response accuracy .
- Familiarity with Slack, Notion, Linear, or other project management tools for AI integrations.
- Strong background in AI safety, model reliability, and evaluation strategies to ensure optimal AI output .
- Experience in enterprise AI solutions , including lead generation, document automation, and AI-driven business insights .
- Knowledge of security protocols and best practices for AI agent permissions and access control .
- Familiarity with Anthropic Claude, OpenAI, or other large language models (LLMs) .
- Experience with AI-enhanced meeting summarization, coaching feedback, and document archiving .
- A strong understanding of multi-agent AI approaches for software development and business automation .
- Ability to debug, test, and optimize AI agent workflows for enterprise applications .
- A background in UX/UI considerations for AI-driven interfaces .
