What We’re Looking For

1. Develop RAG Systems: Design and implement retrieval-augmented generation models to enhance response quality.
2. Optimize Vectorization & Chunking: Analyze, split, and structure large datasets for efficient retrieval and inference.
3. Work with LLM Frameworks: Hands-on experience with LangChain, LlamaIndex, Hugging Face, or LLaMA models.
4. Implement Vector Databases: Expertise in Pinecone, FAISS, ChromaDB, or Weaviate for embedding storage.
5. Enhance AI Performance: Fine-tune models for speed, accuracy, and reliability in real-world applications.

Must-Have Skills

• Strong Python programming skills.
• Experience with embedding models and vector search.
• Solid understanding of data preprocessing, chunking strategies, and retrieval optimization.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Problem-solving mindset and ability to work in a fast-paced AI environment.

Nice-to-Haves

• Experience integrating RAG into chatbots or AI applications.
• Understanding of ethical AI and explainability.
