Job Overview: An IT Specialist at our company is responsible for managing and maintaining our IT systems, networks, and hardware. Key Responsibilities:

1. Network and Systems Management - Administer and maintain the company's network infrastructure, ensuring optimal performance, security, and reliability. - Monitor and troubleshoot network issues, providing timely resolution and proactive problem-solving.
2. Hardware and Software Support - Install, configure, and maintain hardware components, including servers, desktops, laptops, and peripherals. - Provide technical support for software applications, troubleshooting issues, and coordinating with vendors when necessary.
3. Cybersecurity - Implement and maintain cybersecurity measures to protect the company's data and systems from potential threats. - Stay updated on industry best practices and emerging trends in cybersecurity to ensure the organization's security posture.
4. User Support and Training - Provide end-user support, addressing IT-related inquiries and issues in a timely and efficient manner. - Develop and deliver training sessions to enhance the technical skills of employees and promote a culture of IT awareness.
5. System Upgrades and Maintenance - Coordinate and execute system upgrades and patches, ensuring minimal disruption to daily operations. - Conduct regular system audits to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary updates.

Requirements:
