Your role: We are seeking an experienced AI Engineer to contribute to the development of a Gen AI-based application for our business enterprise. This role is an exciting opportunity to be part of our innovative AI initiatives. As we are serving the fin-tech industry, we are also interested in AI applications for customer service, cyber security, and compliance. Responsibilities:
- Contribute to the development and delivery of a Gen AI-based application.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate LLMs into various applications and improve overall system performance.
- Fine-tune LLMs and implement RAG for developing LLM powered chat platform.
- Optimize LLMs for specific use cases and industries, customizing solutions to meet diverse customer needs.
- Troubleshoot and address issues related to language model performance, scalability, and integration.
- Collaborate with data scientists and engineers to preprocess and prepare datasets for training and fine-tuning language models.
- Foster a startup-like environment that encourages innovation, collaboration, and professional growth.
- Stay abreast of the latest AI trends and technologies and leverage this knowledge to drive continuous improvement.
- 4+ years of experience in similar roles, with a proven track record of developing and delivering Gen AI-based products.
- Strong educational background in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or related fields.
- Experience with deep learning frameworks such as TensorFlow or PyTorch.
- Solid programming skills in languages like Python or Java.
- Previous work on large-scale language model projects is a plus.
- Knowledge of cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure) for model deployment. Should also be flexible to work with on-premises cloud.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to think out of the box.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
