Working Hours - US Shift (2 PM - 11 PM) Requirements -

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 to 7 years of experience in accounting, focusing on vendor invoice processing and journal entries.
  • Support US accounting and finance
  • Proficiency in Navision ERP and advanced excel skills
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to work with a high degree of accuracy.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills for vendor and team interactions.
  • Exposure to working in a mid-sized or large organization.
Role & Responsibilities - 1 Vendor Invoice Processing:
  • Accurately book vendor invoices in the accounting system.
  • Verify invoice details for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with company policies.
  • Reconcile vendor accounts and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner.
2 Journal Entries:
  • Post standard and recurring journal entries as required.
  • Ensure entries are accurate, properly classified, and supported with appropriate documentation.
  • Assist in month-end and year-end closing processes.
3 Reconciliations:
  • Perform account reconciliations for payables, prepaids, and accruals.
  • Ensure proper matching of transactions to support accurate financial reporting.
4 Documentation and Compliance:
  • Maintain organized and accurate records of all financial transactions.
  • Ensure compliance with internal controls, company policies, and applicable regulations.
5 Support to Finance Team:
  • Collaborate with other team members to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
  • Provide support for ad hoc accounting and finance tasks as needed.
