Academic Qualifications: Bachelor of Science (Computer Science / Computer Engineering / Software Engineering or Related Field) Experience Required: 1 to 3 Years Specific Skills / Certificates:
- Concepts of QC, QA methodologies, Testing Tools, Test types, Test Documents, Mobile Apps/API testing.
- Proven experience in software quality assurance and testing.
- Strong understanding of QA methodologies, tools, and processes.
- Hands-on experience with test case design, execution, and bug reporting.
- Ability to work collaboratively with development teams and business stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Perform end-to-end application testing to ensure software functionality and reliability.
- Review and analyze solution specifications to design effective test strategies.
- Develop clear, concise, and comprehensive test plans and test cases.
- Create and execute test scripts, review test results, and identify bugs, glitches, and usability issues.
- Report and document technical issues by maintaining detailed logs of testing results.
- Evaluate products against technical specifications to ensure compliance.
- Perform various types of testing, including System, Integration, Functional, Regression, User Acceptance, Performance, and Stress testing.
- Assist clients with onsite and offsite technical installations and support.
- Ensure all assigned tasks are completed efficiently and within deadlines.
- Maintain positive client interactions and provide professional support.
- Communicate effectively with clients and internal teams, ensuring smooth collaboration.
- Conduct post-release/post-implementation testing to validate fixes and enhancements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams throughout the software development lifecycle to maintain quality standards.
- Perform Mobile App and API testing to validate performance and functionality.
- Write and execute SQL queries for database validation and troubleshooting.
- Knowledge of Agile and Scrum methodologies is a plus
