Business & IT Risk Senior Consultant

We are a rapidly growing Canadian consulting organization looking for a dynamic Senior Consultant to work as an integral part of our India service delivery team serving enterprises predominantly across North America in the Technology, Financial Services, Public Sector and other industry sectors. You will be helping our clients solve complex business, risk and IT challenges. You will be an integral part of our team, providing support with the following activities: · Assisting and / or leading delivery of client engagements · Addressing the governance, risks and controls of client environments · Understanding and clearly articulating observations and recommendations · Supporting client remediation activities · Maintaining up to date knowledge of risk frameworks, information security frameworks, industry trends, risk and compliance trends · Coordinate effectively with the team based in North America · Assist setting up a team of Consultants, Associates and Analysts for our India Practice Experience and Qualification Requirements · 4-6 years of combined relevant experience · IT auditing, risk management and information security advisory services for mid to large size enterprises · Knowledge of one or more relevant frameworks and standards, including SOX, ICFR, SOC 2, ISO 27001, NIST, COBIT, and other frameworks · Design, implementation and / or testing of business, financial and IT process controls · Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with acute attention to detail · Polished written and verbal communication skills · Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for effective collaboration internally and with clients · Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment · Ability to mentor, supervise and train team members · One or more designations in Accounting and Audit, IT Audit, Management Consulting (CPA, CA, CIA, CISA, CRISC, CISSP, MBA Finance)· Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant program, such as Commerce, Accounting, Finance or IT · Prior Big 4 experience considered an asset What We Offer · Salary and compensation competitive with Big 4 and other major consulting firms · Ability to work remotely · Flexible working hours (working hours not required to be completely in sync with North America)· Opportunities for upskilling in trending field(s) and aligned with the organization objectives (AI Transformation, Cybersecurity, Internal Audits, etc.) This is a remote position in the beginning, with a potential to become an in-office position in Mumbai within a year.
