Description

ECOM Specialist LLC is a leading IBM & SAP Business Partner based in the USA, with operations also in Pakistan. As a UI/UX Designer for our dynamic team, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative design solutions that meet user needs and business requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the UI/UX design process from concept to delivery, ensuring a seamless user experience across all digital platforms.
• Conduct user research, interviews, and usability testing to gather insights and validate design decisions.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups to effectively communicate design concepts and interactions.
• Collaborate with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to define project goals, scope, and timelines.
• Iterate on designs based on feedback, user testing, and data-driven insights to continuously improve the user experience.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Interaction Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field.
• Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer or similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing your design process and outcomes.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar, as well as prototyping tools like InVision or Proto.io.
• Solid understanding of user-centered design principles, information architecture, and interaction design.
• Experience conducting user research, usability testing, and incorporating user feedback into design iterations.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to articulate design decisions to cross-functional teams.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail, with the ability to balance creativity and practicality in design solutions.
