- 8+ years of experience as a Senior Integration Platform Engineer and Production Support Specialist in Integration (TIBCO, Boomi, MuleSoft) Infrastructure Administration and SRE.
- Design, implement, and manage observability solutions (monitoring, logging, alerting) to ensure system reliability.
- Develop automation scripts and tools to enhance operational efficiency and reduce manual interventions.
- Provide 24x7 support for critical production issues related to Boomi integrations.
- Maintain and document operational runbooks, playbooks, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Perform regular health checks, maintenance, and patch management for Boomi environments.
