As we continue to grow, we are seeking a Regional Sales Manager to lead our sales activity and drive significant revenue growth. This position will report directly to the Company CEO and reside in the SEA region, with a preference for candidates based in Kuala Lumpur. Position Overview As a Regional Sales Manager at ArmourZero, you will spearhead the effort to expand our client base and drive our business forward. This role is ideal for individuals who are natural hunters of new business opportunities and have a passion for cybersecurity software solutions. You will be responsible for overseeing our business in the SEA region. You won’t just be selling a product—you'll be delivering comprehensive cybersecurity solutions designed to protect organizations' critical assets. Key Responsibilities

  1. Revenue Growth & Business Development
    • Drive revenue growth by hunting and closing new business opportunities.
    • Grow and manage accounts by strategically developing, nurturing, and expanding client relationships.
    • Manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting and qualifying leads to closing sales and finalizing contracts.
  2. Client Relationship Management
    • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers within client organizations.
    • Act as a trusted advisor to clients, ensuring their needs are met and that they receive continuous value from the product.
    • Conduct engaging product demonstrations tailored to prospective clients' needs.
    • Provide ongoing support and consultation to help clients derive maximum value from the product.
  3. Sales Process & Administration
    • Record and maintain accurate records of lead interactions in the CRM system.
    • Ensure timely follow-ups and maintain organized sales pipelines.
    • Collaborate effectively within the sales team and other departments.
  4. Lead Qualification & Prospecting
    • Assess leads based on their potential value to prioritize high-potential opportunities.
    • Prospect new leads through networking and outreach.
  5. Needs Analysis & Solution Selling
    • Conduct thorough needs assessments with clients to understand their pain points.
    • Leverage the product's capabilities to provide the best-fit solutions.
  6. Proposal & Contract Development
    • Craft compelling, customized proposals that articulate the value proposition.
  7. Negotiation & Closing
    • Lead negotiations and secure deals through persuasive communication.
  8. Performance Metrics & Reporting
    • Monitor key performance metrics to track progress and adjust strategies as needed.
  9. Client Retention & Expansion
    • Actively work on customer retention strategies.
    • Upsell and cross-sell additional features or services.
Qualifications
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in Software Sales (SaaS) / B2B sales.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent business-level proficiency in English and Malay or Mandarin (mandatory).
  • Ability to multitask and manage several responsibilities simultaneously.
  • Proven oral and written communication abilities.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Reside in the SEA region, with a preference for candidates based in Kuala Lumpur.
