Founded in 2016, Ocard (from Taiwan) is a new generation CRM and marketing SaaS platform, using big data and AI designed specifically for offline businesses. Offers a range of digital tools to facilitate this interaction, such as membership management, loyalty points system, online ordering system, CRM and more.
As a Business Development Executive, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building strategic partnerships, and fostering client relationships to achieve sales targets and revenue goals.
Responsibilities
- Identifying potential business opportunities and leads.
- Building and maintaining client relationships.
- Responsible for achieving assigned sales performance targets.
- Stay informed about market trends, actively and effectively explore new customers, expand business channels, and continually increase the market share of company services and products.
- Regularly report on business activities and collaborate closely with operational departments to make timely adjustments.
- Work Location: Wisma UOA Business Centre, KLCC
- Remote working, into office once a week, ability to travel (possess own transport)
- Salary with high commission based
- Allowance and medical claim
- Oversea incentive trips
; JOB REQUIREMENTS: Qualifications
- Experience in CRM solutions, rewards programs, or retail industry or related field.
- Customer-oriented with a keen understanding of numbers, possessing excellent data analysis, exploration, and marketing skills.
- Presentation and negotiation skills, product introduction and sales explanation
- Problem solving and result oriented
- Educational qualification: diploma and above
