Job Title: Director of Sales
Key Roles and Responsibilities:- Laying out, advancing, and keeping up with leads to produce business.
- Achieving forceful targets by overseeing daily development and advancement of allocated campaigns.
- Designing and managing advertising and promotion activities by identifying property trends and new market potential opportunities.
- Creative and effective marketing plans and forecasts to achieve corporate targets.
- Maintaining online presence at the property level and at a corporate level through promotional initiatives.
- Providing accurate weekly/monthly sales forecasts of anticipated Sales.
- Developing and implementing effective sales strategies to meet sales targets.
- Leading nationwide outreach team members to achieve sales targets.
- Negotiating and closing agreements with large projects, and customers.
- Conducting analysis and identifying new potential customers and new market opportunities.
- Liaising with Marketing and Product Development departments to ensure brand consistency.
- Staying up-to-date with new product launches and ensuring outreach team members are informed.
- Managing and overseeing online content, and measuring the outcome of each online campaign.
