- Strategic Security Management
- Develop and execute security policies, procedures, and protocols tailored to organizational needs.

- Lead crisis management and contingency planning to address emergencies and security threats.
- Executive Protection
- Oversee the personal security of executives, ensuring their safety during travel, public appearances, and at the workplace.
- Coordinate secure transportation and communication protocols for executives.
- Liaise with local law enforcement and intelligence agencies for threat analysis and executive safety.
- Physical Security Oversight
- Supervise security teams across all facilities, ensuring compliance with security policies.

- Team Leadership and Training
- Recruit, train, and manage a team of security personnel, fostering discipline and high performance.

- Instill a security-conscious culture across the organization through staff awareness programs.
- Compliance and Reporting
- Ensure compliance with security regulations.
- Prepare intelligence and security reports for the leadership team.

- Military Background: Retired Army Colonel with a distinguished service record.

- Experience: Extensive experience in security operations, risk management, and crisis response.
- Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with modern security systems, surveillance technologies, and communication tools.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in security management, criminal justice, or a related field (preferred).
