The Head of Customer Service in Real Estate plays a pivotal role in shaping the customer experience. This individual is responsible for leading the customer service staff, resolving customer issues, and driving continuous improvement. Key Responsibilities:

  1. Customer Service Management: Oversee the customer service team, set clear objectives, and develop strategies to achieve them.
  2. Customer Issue Resolution: Resolve customer complaints and inquiries, and ensure timely follow-up on pending issues until resolution.
  3. Customer Service Policy: Develop and implement comprehensive customer service policies and procedures.
  4. Customer Satisfaction: Measure and analyze customer satisfaction metrics to identify areas for improvement.
  5. Customer Relationships: Foster strong relationships with clients, conduct regular business reviews to ensure client satisfaction.
  6. Internal Coordination: Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer complaints and meet business needs.
  7. Staff Development: Recruit, mentor, and develop customer service agents to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  8. Reporting: Analyze statistics and compile accurate reports to inform business decisions.
Requirements:
  1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
  2. Proven experience as a Head or Director in Real Estate Project Customer Experience, with a minimum of 2-3 years in a senior leadership position.
