The Head of Customer Service in Real Estate plays a pivotal role in shaping the customer experience. This individual is responsible for leading the customer service staff, resolving customer issues, and driving continuous improvement. Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Service Management: Oversee the customer service team, set clear objectives, and develop strategies to achieve them.
- Customer Issue Resolution: Resolve customer complaints and inquiries, and ensure timely follow-up on pending issues until resolution.
- Customer Service Policy: Develop and implement comprehensive customer service policies and procedures.
- Customer Satisfaction: Measure and analyze customer satisfaction metrics to identify areas for improvement.
- Customer Relationships: Foster strong relationships with clients, conduct regular business reviews to ensure client satisfaction.
- Internal Coordination: Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer complaints and meet business needs.
- Staff Development: Recruit, mentor, and develop customer service agents to enhance their skills and knowledge.
- Reporting: Analyze statistics and compile accurate reports to inform business decisions.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Head or Director in Real Estate Project Customer Experience, with a minimum of 2-3 years in a senior leadership position.
