Role Description We are seeking a skilled Salesforce AI/Agentic Developer to enhance our CRM processes and drive automation within our Salesforce ecosystem. The ideal candidate should understand Salesforce’s capabilities, AI-driven automation, and workflow optimization to improve efficiency and productivity. Experience: 5+ years The salary is negotiable based on skillset and experience. Key Responsibilities:

1. Implement and optimize Salesforce automation tools to improve efficiency.
2. Configure and customize Salesforce to align with business needs.
3. Leverage AI-driven workflows and automation to enhance customer interactions.
4. Develop and maintain Salesforce reports, dashboards, and analytics.
5. Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and address CRM-related challenges.
6. Ensure data integrity and security within the Salesforce platform.
7. Provide training and support to end-users on new functionalities and enhancements.
8. Stay updated with Salesforce advancements and best practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

1. Proven experience with Salesforce administration and automation.
2. Strong understanding of Salesforce Flow, Process Builder, and AI tools.
3. Knowledge of Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning components is a plus.
4. Experience integrating Salesforce with third-party applications.
5. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
6. Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
7. Salesforce Administrator or relevant certifications preferred.
8. Agentic Framework experience is a plus.
9. Experience working with MuleSoft is a plus.
