Job details
Key responsibilities :
- Liaise with FIs & Banks for debt financing and fund raise.
- Review term sheet and negotiate Rate of Interest, Primary Security, Collateral etc. with Lenders.
- Legal documentation for the execution of loan documents.
- Financial modelling,calculation of financial ratios, variance analysis, interest working calculations to lenders etc.
- Preparation of Teasers, loan applications, Information Memorandums submit information & queries of lenders, investors, rating agencies,
- Timely meet all compliance with related term loans / WC loans / Bonds
- Qualified CA ,exposure to Corporate Finance,Financial Modelling,Fund Raising and Treasury.
- Conversant with Filing loan proposals with Banks, finalizing term sheet for loan transaction,reviewing loan covenants.
- Good understanding on appraisal process with Banks/FIs
- Understanding on Financing documents & security documents
- RBI / SEBI regulations & compliance.
