Support Analyst Responsible for Integration, Daily systems check, Reconciliations, troubleshooting crossover issues, Documentation of standard operation procedures. The Support Analyst is responsible for the following:
- Remote Trouble shooting client Computers
- Remote Software installation on client computers
- Monitor server logs
- Supporting Integrations spanning Multiple interfaces
- Documentation of Integration progresses in Jira
- Documentation of SOPs
- Troubleshooting issues with interfaced Applications
- Monitor data flow between systems
- Supporting patient portal and dependent applications
- Performing daily systems checks multiple times a day
- Monitoring support ticketing system in Jira
- Monitoring of reconciliations in LabDAQ
- Ability to Learn Solutions Quickly
- Technical Documentation
- Written Communication
