Job Purpose Setting up and streamlining the process along with Product integration for various partners of ABC&P team on-boarded by the bank under the direction of FH/GH. Categories of corporate partners mentioned below for reference: · Government Partners · Private Partners · Payment Banks and Rural Partners Job Description Responsibility Process Management · Process development for all respective liability, asset and payment products along with New products / projects launch which will be rolled out from the channel as per guidelines from senior management. · Designing the flow with clear visibility on Roles and responsibility of all Stake Holders. · Setting up the process for BF and BC life cycle management and preparing and addendum on the same whenever changes are required. · Coordinating with respective product team to understand the current process flow for various products and customizing the same as per the channel requirement. · Streamline the existing process for various products, stitching the process for New product launched as per guidance from senior management. · Checking that TAT of various products are in line with the bank policy with QIG team and highlighting exceptions to the seniors. · Preparing CN and following up for required approvals from ISG, Audit, Compliance and Product Teams. · Preparing CN for the process which are required to be customized as per the requirement of various CBC on-boarded. · Checking all regulatory requirements are met as per inputs received from Audit and compliance team while designing the process and informing senior management about any exception observed. · Regular updation of CBC portal of the bank with relevant process notes · Initiate changes in the process / documentation due to changes in Regulatory guidelines. · Engaging with CSC ops team on a monthly basis to ensure that payouts due to the CBC are processed as per defined timelines by operations team and resolving any discrepancies highlighted by CBC, along with respective product and ops team. · To review circulars released and check if any changes are required in the process. Further keeping senior management updated about the same. · To ensure monthly reporting to senior management on all critical points. · To Release global mailer at periodic intervals for RBB team and channel team related to CBC process. · Document process ensuring they are aligned to the extant internal and external guidelines governing the business. · Try and make process customer centric without compromising on risk and compliance guidelines. · Identify and highlight control gaps initiate remediation and validation without compromising unduly on customer service · Active participation with Product and Business team on reviewing process and product notes. · Uphold process management framework and ensure deviations are kept at minimum with requisite approvals. Process Development & Enhancement · Identifying and initiating process enhancements with an aim at reducing costs and improving TAT through removal of duplicate, redundant and unproductive tasks in the end to end process. · Analyze the CBC / Channel team feedback and implement changes in the process as required. · Regularly review process for any scope of simplification. · To develop process/ trigger for various exceptions which are not in line with the process and resolving the same. · Ensuring that TAT of various products are in line with the bank policy and improvement wherever possible. · Work towards system development required for FTNR reduction Query Management · To respond to queries raised by branches, Channel and other internal groups of the bank. · Analyze top 10 areas of complaints, so that the complaints arising out of Top 10 areas are reduced · Following up with relevant teams for closure within TAT. Project Management · To manage projects related to different development logged with BTG / as assigned by process head / FH. · To perform UATs on new developments implemented by BTG (Business Technology Group) related to process areas. · To liaise with BTG, DAP, Assets, Liability process team, API banking team to understand various developments taking place and how it can be incorporated in CBC channel journey. System / Production Issue Management · Liaising with IT and BTG team for managing production issues highlighted by CBC, Channel or any other internal team of the bank and ensuring it is resolved on priority. · Liaise with IT and BTG teams for system and anomalies observed and ensure closure. Stakeholder · Follow-up with ISG, Audit and compliance for approvals related to process, projects, and enhancements. Management · To participate in periodic review with API banking team, IT and BTG along with Process Head, Product lead and FH on the projects related to Corp BC team. · Close coordination with Ops, BIU, fincon, and respective asset, product and payments product team for changes, enhancements related to new/ existing product / processes. · To participate on calls with CBC team on various developments requirements for existing and new products being launched. · Quarterly visit to assigned CBC Head office for discussion on different aspects like status of ongoing projects, enhancements planned and feedback. Educational Qualifications Key Skills · Post Graduate / MMS / MBA · Analytical Skills · Communication & Influencing Skills · Banking Product & Process Knowledge · RBI Circulars · Knowledge of Competition & Current trends in financial Industry. Experience Required · Minimum experience of 8 to 10 years in Team Management, Operations and understanding of systems. · Exposure to Audit, Process and Compliance in Banking.
