What does the role involve? The purpose of the Executive Assistant role is to provide comprehensive administrative support to the CEO, Head of Talent and Marketing Services team, enabling the smooth running of our business and stakeholder relationships. Part of your day-to-day will involve cultivating and maintaining effective working relationships with the internal team and identifying opportunities to improve work practices and processes. Ultimately, we want you to apply your unique expertise to think outside the box and deliver great results, day-in and day-out, and be willing to have some fun along the way. A day in the life:- Managing the CEO's calendar, CRM and email inbox
- Providing support in client communications and management, including scheduling meetings for the Marketing Services team, onboarding new clients, and supporting the client exit process
- Manage the shared tools that support the running of our business (including project management tools, CRM, password manager, and cloud-based document platform)
- Support the Head of Talent with the administrative side of Talent Management, including assisting with recruitment, onboarding, engagement and offboarding processes, (e.g. managing timesheets, posting job advertisements & screening applicants, scheduling interviews, coordinating tests, and ensuring new team members are set up with all the technology and logins needed before they commence)
- Strong English language skills
- Minimum of five years' experience in an EA or similar role for a senior executive
- Proven responsibility for operations or administration, demonstrating commercial acumen
- Extensive experience with recruitment, including crafting, placing, and optimising ads, managing applicant dialogue, administering tests, and maintaining recruitment momentum
- Demonstrated ability to design and execute moderately complex projects
