Position Summary We are seeking a German language expert responsible for translating, proofreading, and editing content to ensure linguistic accuracy and cultural relevance. The role involves working closely with cross-functional teams, managing language projects, and maintaining high standards of quality in all German language materials. Proficiency in German and excellent attention to detail are essential. Your Responsibilities
- You are responsible for a variety of mandates related to EDM, payroll and travel processing requests.
- In addition to processing payroll, you will be working closely with German customers, answering their queries and providing the solutions within the SLA.
- You assist the internal team (process experts) in understanding the German language and together achieve the target of the team
- You will actively support in translating documents from German to English and visa versa.
- Maintenance of organizational structure
- Preparation and delivery of reports
- Train and guide other team members.
- Performing any additional tasks, linked to the primary scope of the position.
- Bachelor's degree in Translation, Interpreting, or related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience related experience would be added advantage.
- Proficient in German language (B2,C1).
- SAP experience would be added advantage.
- Enjoy communication with clients.
