Position Overview We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Manager - Finance & Accounting specializing in compliance, accounting and budgeting to oversee the company’s financial operations and ensure regulatory adherence. This individual will manage accounting processes, ensure compliance with internal controls and external regulations, and lead the development of accurate and effective budgets. The role requires a detail-oriented leader with strong analytical abilities, the capacity to manage multiple projects, and the ability to collaborate across departments. Quick Snapshot - Key Responsibilities 1 . Financial Management & Analysis ● Oversee the preparation and consolidation of financial statements and reports. ● Lead budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis processes. ● Ensure robust financial controls and compliance with statutory regulations and internal policies. ● Conduct cost and profitability analysis to identify opportunities for savings and optimization. ● Support strategic decision-making through financial modeling and scenario planning. 2. Accounting & Compliance ● Manage day-to-day accounting operations, including accounts payable, receivable, and payroll. ● Ensure timely tax filings, audits, and compliance with relevant laws and standards. ● Maintain accurate and up-to-date records for all financial transactions. 3. Budgeting and Forecasting: ● Lead the annual budgeting process in collaboration with department heads, ensuring alignment with the company’s strategic goals and financial targets. ● Prepare detailed financial forecasts and provide variance analysis to management to support decision-making and identify potential financial risks and opportunities. ● Develop and maintain financial models to support budgeting and forecasting efforts, as well as strategic planning initiatives. ● Track financial performance against budget and provide recommendations for cost control and process improvement. Key Qualifications ● Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification is mandatory. ● 4-5 years of overall experience in financial management and accounting.
