We produce high-quality wristwatches in small batches, that are inspired by stories from India. All watches are purchased directly via our website and shipped worldwide from Bangalore. As an Ownership Experience Manager you will be responsible for (1) managing all existing client relationships and helping them with product use, servicing, and upgrade needs, and (2) being the face of the brand for all inbound inquiries through phone, email, chat and other mediums. 60% of your time will be spent on managing existing client relationships, while the remaining time will be spent on new business acquisitions. Responsibilities: Activities for existing clients: (60%)
- Manage VIP client relationships through periodic calls, and emails.
- Perform relationship checks with existing clients by following the callback schedule
- Maintain accurate records of all client interactions in the CRM tool.
- Schedule watch service appointments, co-ordinate watch service pickups/drops
- Maintain communication with customers during watch service appointments
- Answer all inbound email, phone and chat inquiries, and set follow-ups.
- Participate in road shows in Delhi, Mumbai, and Bangalore, representing BWC.
- Maintain accurate records of all leads in CRM.
- 2-3 Years of Industry experience in a corporate environment.
- Prior experience in client relationship management.
- High levels of professional written and spoken English proficiency.
- Phone etiquette.
- Excellent conversational skills, and objection handling.
- A general tendency to put people at ease during conversations.
- Experience using a CRM tool.
- Experience using Spreadsheets.
- HNI client management experience.
- Inside Sales experience selling over the phone.
- Experience selling to International markets - US or UK.
- Premium banking, Luxury Goods, Luxury Hospitality.
