Experience – Up to 5 years of work experience in marketing, brand strategy, and digital marketing. Min. 2 years of experience required working with IT and Technology Companies. Marketing Responsibilities: Campaign Strategy & Execution: Lead and manage both digital and offline marketing campaigns. Collaborate with the digital team to execute innovative brand campaigns and ensure consistency in messaging across platforms. Brand Consistency & Communication: Ensure all marketing materials, communications and design elements align with the brand’s identity. Monitor brand messaging across all channels to maintain consistency. Market Research & Trend Analysis: Conduct thorough market research to track industry trends, consumer behavior and competitor strategies. Keep the brand updated with emerging market opportunities and trends. Analytics & Reporting: Regularly review marketing performance reports, analyze the outcomes and present insights and recommendations for improvement to senior management. Creative Briefing & Vendor Management: Serve as the point of contact for external agencies, vendors and partners, briefing them on campaign objectives and ensuring timely delivery of high-quality work. Collaboration & Strategy Guidance: Work closely with the digital team, sales and other departments to develop brand strategies that align with business goals. Offer strategic guidance to the team for effective execution of brand campaigns. Customer Engagement: Develop strategies to increase customer engagement and brand loyalty, ensuring a strong presence across all communication channels, including social media and email marketing. Presentation & Visual Communication: Content Creation: Develop compelling marketing materials, including presentations, social media graphics, brochures and email campaigns, while ensuring design consistency and alignment with brand guidelines. Design Tools: Use basic design tools like Canva to create visually appealing materials. Stay up-to-date with trends in visual communication and incorporate innovative designs into marketing materials. Collaboration on Presentations: Work with cross-functional teams to create informative, engaging presentations that support marketing and business objectives. Brand Storytelling: Use creative storytelling techniques to transform data into clear and engaging visuals that communicate the brand’s message effectively. Qualifications: Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications or a related field. Skills: In-depth knowledge of digital marketing, offline marketing and content creation. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey ideas clearly. Proficiency in briefing agencies and vendors to meet campaign objectives. Ability to analyze marketing reports and provide actionable insights. Basic proficiency in design tools like Canva for creating marketing materials. Strong research and strategy skills, with the ability to track market trends and suggest improvements. Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
