What we are looking for Role: Infrastructure Project Manager Experience Range: 8 – 12 Years Location: Pune & Chennai, Bangalore , Delhi Must-Have:
- At least 8+ years’ experience as Infrastructure Project Manager role
- Working knowledge of Project Management frameworks PMP/Prince2/Agile
- Translate technology Infrastructure requirements
- Be able to run multiple projects maintaining quality and control.
- Ability to create and track detailed project plan
- Ability to lead and provide guidance to infrastructure engineers drawing on their project and technical experience.
- Demonstrate excellent stakeholder management
- Effective communication skills at all levels
- Knowledge about Infrastructure technologies (Windows, Linux/Unix, Storage & Backup, Database, Network, eSecurity, Cloud Migration, Data Centre Migration)
- Project Management Certification PMP/Prince2/Agile
- Resource estimation and Financial Planning
- Create and maintain end to end Project Plan in MPP/Excel/Customer proposed tool
- Effectively manage project scope/timeline/cost
- Coordinate with different stakeholders (Business owners, Tech Architects, Infra/Development Support teams)
- Manage complete project lifecycle from Project Initiation to Closure
- Ensure project milestones/deliverables are met as per the agreed project plan
- Ensure required resources are available for project delivery
- Manage Risks/Issues/Dependencies effectively
- Follow project change approval process for any changes in scope/timeline/cost
- Propose opportunities for infrastructure optimization and cost saving
- Motivate team to deliver high performance and achieve objectives
- Provide updates to Management/Client through weekly/monthly reports
