Job Description
- Ability to manage end to end corporate secretarial activities for a portfolio of clients comprising of Listed Companies, Un-listed companies which may be Institutionally Funded or Foreign Subsidiaries or Family Owned or NBFC companies;
- Good knowledge and interpretation of various corporate laws covering Companies Act, Secretarial Standards, FEMA Regulations, NBFC Regulations & SEBI (LODR) Regulations
- Adhering to the systems that ensure timely compliance management of the company & improvement in execution & delivery
- Ability to take ownership & manage clients independently
- Coordinating with various regulators and external agencies in the course of work
- Should be well versed with MS Word, Excel & Power point.
- Good Communication Skills with command over both spoken and written English
- Sense of discipline and responsibility
