The company builds Consumer Tech for Financial Infrastructure stack to provide curated versions of embedded banking in the payment ecosystem. We've created a platform which enables Corporates, Banks, FinTechs, Retail Companies, and Start-ups to launch their own banking services or financial products, such as payment solutions, facilitating lending, virtual bank accounts, KYC and digital profiling for their customers or employees with the help of low code plug and play technology stack. BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE ROLE: We are seeking an experienced Head of Marketing who will be responsible for developing, implementing, and overseeing the organization's comprehensive marketing strategy. You will be responsible for brand management, customer acquisition, digital marketing, public relations, and other marketing functions. Additionally, you will be collaborating with other executive team members to align marketing efforts with the company's strategic goals, driving growth and fostering a strong market presence. Your KRAs will include the following:

  • Developing and executing a long-term marketing strategy that supports the organization's business goals, including revenue growth and brand recognition.
  • Lead and manage a team of marketing professionals, providing direction, mentorship, and performance feedback.
  • Overseeing all marketing functions, including digital marketing, performance marketing, content creation, product marketing, public relations, and advertising.
  • Monitoring market trends and competitive landscape, identifying opportunities and risks to guide marketing strategy.
  • Collaborating with other executive team members to ensure alignment of marketing activities with overall business objectives.
  • Establishing and managing the marketing budget, ensuring effective allocation of resources and tracking return on investment (ROI).
  • Representing the company at industry events, conferences, and media engagements, serving as a public-facing representative of the brand.
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with external partners, including advertising agencies, PR firms, and other vendors.
  • Developing key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure marketing success and report on results to the executive team and board of directors.
YOU SHOULD POSSESS:
  • 7 to 8 years of experience in marketing, with a significant portion in a senior leadership role.
  • Master’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Proven success in developing and implementing comprehensive marketing strategies.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate others.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with experience presenting to executive teams and boards of directors.
  • In-depth knowledge of digital marketing, customer segmentation, branding, and public relations.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to use data to guide decision-making.
  • Experience with marketing automation, CRM systems, and other marketing technologies
