Position Overview: As a Teller Caller at Epic Fash Pvt Ltd, you will serve as the main point of contact for customers, assisting with inquiries about products, processing transactions, and managing communications related to our import and export operations. You will ensure that all customer queries are addressed promptly and efficiently, providing an exceptional experience that aligns with our company's values of professionalism, accuracy, and reliability. Key Responsibilities:

• Answer customer inquiries related to imported and exported fashion products, shipping details, and store policies.
• Process customer orders, payments, and returns related to both domestic and international transactions.
• Coordinate with the logistics and shipping teams to provide accurate delivery and tracking information to customers.
• Handle customer concerns regarding international shipping, customs, tariffs, and product availability.
• Ensure smooth communication between the company and clients from various international markets.
• Keep customers informed about product availability, shipping timelines, and relevant promotions.
• Accurately document all customer interactions, inquiries, and transaction details.
• Provide information regarding the company's import and export policies, ensuring clarity on procedures and regulations.
• Work closely with other team members to ensure that all customer needs are met and exceeded.

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional training in customer service or international trade is a plus.
• Previous experience in customer service or retail, especially in an international or import-export environment, is preferred.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to convey complex shipping and product information in a clear and friendly manner.
• Basic understanding of international trade processes, including shipping, tariffs, and customs regulations, is a plus.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced, global environment.
• Proficiency in phone systems and computer software; experience with order management or CRM systems is beneficial.
• Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving and organizational skills.
