Role overview: As a Product Development Manager, you will be key in shaping and executing the product vision and strategy. You will lead the end-to-end development process of new products and oversee the improvement of existing ones, ensuring alignment with business goals, market trends, and customer needs. In this role, your responsibilities will include:

1. Define product vision and strategy in line with business objectives and market trends.
2. Conduct in-depth market research to identify customer needs and potential product opportunities.
3. Develop and manage product roadmaps, ensuring timelines and budgets are maintained.
4. Oversee the design, prototyping, and testing phases, ensuring all product specifications are met.
5. Collaborate with engineering, manufacturing, and supply chain teams to optimize product quality, cost-effectiveness, and manufacturability.
