Assistant Designer

Position : Designer (Textile, Shoe Design, Product Design, Leather Design) Location : Jaipur, Rajasthan Type : Full-time Are you a creative mind with a knack for design, efficiency, and an eye for aesthetics? We are looking for a multi-disciplinary designer to join our small, dynamic team and contribute to our vision of crafting exceptional shoe products. Key Responsibilities :

• Design and develop innovative concepts for textiles, shoes, leather products, and other goods .
• Utilize digital tools such as Canva and the Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.) to create compelling designs and marketing materials.
• Oversee production management , including coordination with suppliers and artisans.
• Ensure timely delivery of projects by staying organized and proactive.
• Collaborate effectively with team members and contribute ideas to improve processes and products.
• Maintain a strong aesthetic sense to ensure designs align with the brand's identity and values.
• Act as a self-initiator , taking ownership of tasks and driving them to completion.

• A degree or diploma in Textile Design, Shoe Design, Product Design, Leather Design , or a related field.
• Proficiency with digital design tools like Canva and Adobe Suite.
• Experience in managing production workflows and supplier communication.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to juggle multiple projects.
• Excellent sense of aesthetics and attention to detail .
• Ability to work efficiently in a small team environment and adapt to challenges.
